ACA WEAR Reimbursement Policies

  1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.

  2. Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

Remembering that the first step to exchange or return is to contact our Customer Service Center via email: acawear@acawear.com .

To exchange/return an item, it must be unworn and sent directly to our PO Box. Once we receive it, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 (five) business days . Our team will guide you through the entire process.

For returns due to dissatisfaction: Once we receive the package, we'll analyze it to confirm that the product meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you and you can choose between:

  • Exchange for any other product available in our stock.

  • Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products (we do not refund the shipping cost if the product delivered is the correct model and is in perfect condition).

Guarantee

All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, counting from the date of receipt.

To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the problem. This video must also show the product packaging received (postal packaging, with label). It is essential that the packaging be shown in the video. The customer can also prove the defect by sending photos that clearly demonstrate the problem, including the product packaging.

NOTE: ACA WEAR does not provide any type of technical assistance and does not have an authorized technician. If you have any questions, please contact our team, who will provide all the necessary support.


IMPORTANT:

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that occurs after the purchase of the product, such as broken or cracked screens, among other similar problems.

The warranty also does not cover:

  • Fluid damage, such as spilling the product into water or leaving it submerged.

  • Damage caused by attempts to repair or adapt the device by the customer or third parties.

  • Improper use of accessories.

  • Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the screen or oxidation due to excess uric acid.

  • Acceptable reduction in battery life.

  • Tests to verify product strength, such as glass or water resistance tests.


Frequently Asked Questions

I requested an exchange. How long will it take to receive my product?

Once the product return is confirmed at our Distribution Center, we will analyze its condition. If everything is in order, the new product will be shipped within 5 (five) business days.

  • In cases of exchange or return due to dissatisfaction, size or product discrepancy, we will carry out a quality analysis and, if there is any evidence of use, we will return it to the sender without prior notice.

  • In cases of exchange or return due to defects, we will carry out a quality analysis and, if there are signs of misuse, we will return it to the sender without prior notice.

I requested a refund. How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

  • Bank slip: The refund can be a credit to your Online Store account for a new purchase. If you don't want the credit, we'll issue a refund to your PagSeguro or Mercado Pago virtual account (you can create a free account to receive the amount).

  • Credit card: The refund may be a credit on your account for a new purchase, or a chargeback on your credit card.

  • Please note that credit card companies have a period of 30 to 60 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
